PathoGen1™ : Superior Protection & Anti-PathoGen™ Circuitry
The PathoGen1™ Respirator is more than a basic face mask. The optically clear respirator contains anti-PathoGen™ embedded circuitry, designed for users who need reliable protection for extended periods of time in high exposure environments. Our filters come in 2 removable and replaceable options:
- N95 Compliant Base Filters: Built with 2-layers of Factory Tested N95 GSM Rated Filter Materials
- PathoGen™ Filters: Enhanced N95 Compliant Filters with PathoGen™ Destruction
Our PathoGen™ Filter contains multiple surface layers of 99.9% pure elemental copper. This material is reported in EPA Reg. No. 82012-1 to eliminate 99.9% of SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19.
With our filtration, airflow is directed to encounter copper surfaces during easy breathing, depositing and disbursing PathoGen™ bearing moisture droplets, capturing and disabling the virus within the filter.
The filtration technology is precision-fabricated with proprietary material configurations that naturally destroy pathogens.
Usage: Filter must be installed in mask for optimal protection. Both filters are recommended to be installed during use.
Care: Hand wash only with mild detergents and air dry. Do not wash with filter installed.
Disclaimer: The N95 compliant base filter and the PathoGen™ filter both contain filtration materials that have N95 FDA emergency use authorization but the product itself has not yet been evaluated for N95 rating and approval. This product has not been approved by FDA or NIOSH. Submissions are pending. Claims of pathogen destruction have not yet been tested or evaluated by the FDA. This product is not approved for medical use.
Preliminary review indicates this product complies with ASTM F3502-21 Barrier Face Coverings Standard Level 2 when used as directed.
Sizing Guide
Height: Measure from the bridge of your nose (just below your yes, where the top of the mask will sit) to the bottom of your chin.
Width: Measure the width of your face at the widest level of your cheekbones.
Small:
Height from 4.0 – 4.7 in / 102 – 120 mm
Width from 5.2 – 5.6 in / 131 – 141 mm
Medium-Large:
Height from 4.7 – 5.0 in / 120 – 127 mm
Width from 5.6 – 6.0 in / 141 – 154 mm

What’s in the Box?
The Field Kit consists of the base unit and filters:
- One Respirator Unit (Available in Size Small or Medium-Large)
- Adjustable Behind the Head Strap

The straps are removable for cleaning and adjustable to the wearer’s face and head. They are attached with an easy to use mechanism that is also designed to provide proper ergonomic interaction with the base unit and compliant face rim. This ensures the respirator is pulled against the face properly to get a good seal.
There are many masks that have replaceable filters, and our filter attachment mechanism is designed to provide excellent seal and filtration, but also enable the user to replace the filter while they wear the respirator.
Trial Evaluation & Feedback
The PathoGen1™ Field Kit is being launched as a trial evaluation program. When you purchase a Field Kit, we will gather your feedback. Suggestions from our user community will be incorporated prior to our launch of high volume production.
45 days after your purchase, we will send you a follow up email and a survey to ask for your thoughts on the performance of the PathoGen1™ Respirator. Users who complete a survey will be eligible for a no-cost upgraded production respirator that incorporates feedback from the trial program.

PathoGen™ Filter Benefits
The PathoGen™ filter is what makes our respirator superior to alternatives and exceeds capabilities of reusable and disposable face masks. The existing respirators and face masks all help reduce exposure to pathogens and provide some level of protection. None of them destroy or disable viruses as they are breathed in and exhaled out.
Inspired by the COVID-19 situation, this respirator is designed for current usage and in preparation for a future virus that may be more lethal. Current face mask and respirator PPE products are not good enough for a very deadly virus.
